What You Will Do:

• We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Python) with a strong foundation in backend technologies and a deep interest in scalable, low-latency systems.

What We Expect:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

• Design and implement REST APIs and socket-based communication.

• Optimize code for speed, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic.

• Work with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch for robust backend design.

• Build fault-tolerant, multi-producer/consumer systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Python and backend development.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, sockets, and network protocols (TCP/UDP/HTTP).

• Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka, SQL & NoSQL databases, Redis, and Elasticsearch.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Past experience in fintech, trading systems, or algorithmic trading.

• Experience with GoLang, C/C++, Erlang, or Elixir.

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Translate concepts into user flows, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and dashboards
• Build and optimize page navigation elements and search functionalities
• Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design
• Proven experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, or similar
• Up-to-date knowledge of design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Good working knowledge of version control tools (Git or Bitbucket) and coding standards
• Strong passion for learning new skills and adapting quickly to emerging technologies

Technical Skills Required

Jr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
• Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats as required for various platforms and media.
• Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, solving design challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably in a digital or online environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt designs into various sizes and formats without compromising on quality.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate Quality Analyst (QA) Engineer across all levels, who will work closely with the developers with agile setup to create and executes product test plans to ensure software products meet design specifications and product quality standards. Assists the Development team with process improvements to continuously improve product quality.

What you will be doing:

• Thorough understanding of requirements
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans, and test cases, and perform manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Pencil all the software defects with severity and priority using Jira as a bug-tracking system & test management platform
• Involvement in the root cause analysis of issues.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge of the existing projects, operations, or systems
• Continuously improve customers' overall testing strategy, take part in daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback
• Follow the agile process.

What you will bring:

• Must have 2-7 years of manual testing experience including API Testing and other testing.
• Must-Have Experience with end-to-end testing.
• Experience with different types of testing such as sanity, smoke, regression, integration, cross-browser, compatibility, etc.
• Must have a good understanding of QA concepts and methodologies.
• Good understanding of the SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, test design techniques, estimation of testing, test case documentation, defect logging, and defect analysis
• Self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Added bonus if you have:

• E-commerce / ERP domain experience
• Experience with mobile application testing
• Working with Agile Methodology
• Experience with performance and load testing (JMeter etc.)

Educational Qualification:

• M.B.A/M.C.A, B.Tech/B.E (IT/Computers), B.Sc/M.Sc. (IT/Computers) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Experience and ability to translate designs into Wordpress pages using Page Builder (Visual Composer, Divi or Elementor) and PHP
• Designing and managing the website back-end with PHP including database and server integration.
• Developing custom Wordpress themes.
• Integration of third party plugins and APIs.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting Wordpress related issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient with any plugin.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
