Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience within the trading or broking industry, and be responsible for creating, managing, and

coordinating business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client documentation that effectively communicate Tradelab’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather relevant information.

• Develop persuasive content that clearly articulates product value propositions.

• Maintain a repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.

• Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and company branding guidelines.

• Support the sales and business development teams with presentation materials and documentation.

• Continuously update knowledge of trading and brokerage products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Proposal Writer, preferably in trading, broking, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirement

We are looking for a seasoned fullstack developer who combines hands-on technical skills with strong experience in AI/ML and a deep understanding of market & website analytics. This role will play a strategic part in building intelligent platforms and driving data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, modular systems using Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and GraphQL/REST APIs. Build extensible APIs and content management workflows.
• Use OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs to build features like automated FAQ generation, AI visibility scoring, and citation-ready content enrichment. Optimize for AI Answer Engines (AEO)

We are looking for an experienced cross platform Mobile Developer with 2-5 years of building performant mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.  You are in top 5% of your field and are passionate about creating new products and innovative code.  We are building a solution that deploys elements of tokenization using block chain, ML driven portfolio selection and risk management, and a proprietary alternate secondary market for illiquid securities.  You would be developing and maintaining Cross platform Android and iOS applications.
