Job Description 

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics. In this role, you will design, optimize, and deploy scalable AI solutions that power automation, personalization, and decision intelligence. You will closely collaborate with data engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders to develop production-grade AI systems aligned with the latest enterprise AI trends such as LLM, prompt engineering, multimodal AI, and trustworthy/ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced Generative AI models including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal architectures.
• Develop and fine-tune ML/DL solutions for NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings-based search, and knowledge graph integrations to enhance context-aware AI applications.
• Stay ahead of AI research, industry trends, and tools (multi-agent systems, federated learning, privacy-preserving ML).

What we are looking for

• Strong programming background in Python (primary), R & Familiar with Object Oriented Programming Language.
• Proficiency in any of the framework PyTorch, TensorFlow, SAS, ChemBerta.
• Expertise in Machine Learning & Deep Learning.
• Strong grounding in mathematics & applied statistics (linear algebra, probability, optimization).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. We also welcome PhD scholars.
• 0–6 years of proven experience into AI development, optimization, and production deployment.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Someone who is passionate about GEN AI is ideal candidate & did Research contributions or open-source AI project contributions.
• Exposure to multimodal AI, agent-based systems, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of AI safety, interpretability frameworks, and responsible AI practices.

Position: MS Dynamics 2012 - Technical Consultant(Lead/Architect)

For this role, the candidate needs to support AX implementations, providing end user support and developing functional skill levels of AX. The role holder will own the gathering requirements and defining these user stories in collabo ation with other team members. 

Required Skills:

• X++ Programming: Expert knowledge of X++ and development within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• AIF (Application Integration Framework): Strong experience in AX 2012 integration with third-party systems.
• SSRS Reporting: Skilled in designing and developing custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Data Migration: Experience in data migration using DIXF and other data tools.
• SQL Server: Strong understanding of SQL Server and ability to optimize database performance.
• MorphX Development Environment: Familiarity with MorphX and related development tools.
• Performance Tuning: Proven experience in system performance optimization, both at the application and database levels.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related f ield.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 development.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle AX implementation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.
• Good understanding of ERP processes across modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Job Title: D365 T&L functional consultant with AWM

  Roles & Responsibilities:

   

  • 7+ years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Functional.
  • Should have minimum 2-3 implementations on D365 Finance and operations for a Global organization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution design.
  • Extensive experience in Trade and Logistics Module with Advance Warehouse Management module (AWM).
  • Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX / D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
  • Excellent understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or framework

·       Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.x
