
Job Brief:
Our company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Lead to create captivating and brand-aligned graphics across various media. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software. The candidate should have a deep understanding of current design trends, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with copywriters and the creative director to develop, create, and implement visual designs for our digital products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and original design concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand and message, using different styles, techniques, and mediums.
• Design and create original artwork for digital products such as web pages, social media platforms, emailers, notifications, and other digital media.
• Ensure that all graphics, illustrations, and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to conceptualize and create graphics and illustrations to use in our digital products.
• Communicate and present conceptual ideas and design solutions effectively to the team and stakeholders.
• Follow the product design and illustration guidelines, as well as extend the existing design and illustration styles.
• Manage the development, delivery, and publishing of graphics across all digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
• Experience or knowledge of a wide spectrum of marketing channels - Facebook & Instagram ads and engagement posts, emailers, notifications, etc.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of the latest design trends.
• Ability to identify and define visual design issues and solutions.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Ability to create cartoony and stylized styles for social media platforms and marketing purposes.
