Position : US IT Technical Recruiter/Sr. Technical Recruiter / Lead Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Work with engineering leaders and recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs

Understand technical requirements of a role, the engineering challenge, and how it fits into the organization

Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts

Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement

Work with teams to engage engineering leaders early in the recruiting cycle

Influence clients to engage directly in recruiting talent

You will own candidate relationships all the way to the point of an in-person interview, and will be tightly integrated into the feedback process during the interview process.

Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent

Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.

Research and gather market intelligence

Track candidate activity and share with internal stakeholders

 

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum of 2- 6 years of strong technical sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in the IT Software field.

Must have good understanding of technology – majorly with .Net Developer, Full stack Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Azure, Cloud based Data, Data Engineer, SRE.

Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

Successful track record of sourcing for Senior to Leadership level Software Developer Engineers

Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates

Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate

Good interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers

Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills

Responsibilities:
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop comprehensive project/ product plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project/ product phases, from initial development through implementation
Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
Should be able to audit and govern those processes are being followed
Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
Assess and address technical risks.
Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or a related
Minimum 5-7 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
Exposure to Azure, .Net or Open-source development stacks is must.
Handled large teams and understands team scaling.
Work with Engineering Leads, Client Partners to ensure overall deliverables are going smooth

Develop Full-stack web applications to analyze and process data for different clients

 

● Work closely with app development team including project and product manager, developers, and QA to determine problems, testing methods, and best practices

 

● Enhanced user experience and accomplished webpage objectives by creating site structure, navigation, page optimization, and graphics integration.

 

● Developed web applications across various platforms using latest industry-adopted technologies and frameworks

 

● Ensure applications security and ability to interact with multiple APIs and databases

 

 

• Architect, design and build complex, highly scalable, high performance enterprise applications
• Lead, mentor and work with a team of engineers to deliver on clients application expectations
• Work with clients engineering needs and deliver on requirements in a team environment
• Accelerate development velocity for all engineers and deliver continuous improvements to the teams process and codebase
• Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents

Our growing technology firm is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is able to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports. The ideal candidate for this position is able to do complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each Project Manager. We also need someone who is able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.
