Graphic Designer (Figma Specialist)

About the job

We're looking for a talented graphic designer who's not just good- but exceptional- with Figma. You should know the ins and outs of Figma, including all its design rules and best practices. From creating beautiful decks to brand guides and digital assets- this role is for someone who lives and breathes Figma.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print- social media creatives, banners, decks, brochures, and marketing collateral

2. Create polished presentations and brand decks directly in Figma, maintaining consistency with design guidelines

3. Build & maintain brand guidelines- and if needed, present them in Figma itself

4. Collaborate with the design manager & cross-functional teams to align on briefs and creative goals

5. Continuously test, iterate, and refine designs based on team feedback and user experience
