Business Development Executive

Role Objective

As a Member of the GTM Staff, you will join our Full-Stack Sales Team focusing on global markets. This role is specifically designed for high-energy builders who want to own the entire end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycle from Day 1. You will not be a cog in a machine spinning out cold lists you will learn modern SaaS sales by doing, fully supported by our advanced AI prospecting stack and dedicated GTM engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Global Outbound Pipeline: Run high-volume outbound calling and design personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to identify and qualify warm prospects across global markets.
• Multi-Stakeholder Account Engagement: Map target organizations and engage decision-makers across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.
• Full-Cycle Deal Management: Conduct deep initial discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and partner closely with Pre-Sales and Demo Engineers to move deals seamlessly from first contact to close.
• Maintain Peak CRM Hygiene: Drive operational excellence by updating activity tracking, deal pipelines, and stakeholder notes daily within our CRM stack.
• Inbound & Campaign Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to rapidly follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted product campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Experience: graduates (Sales, Marketing, or General Management preferred) with 1–5 years of early, hands-on experience in customer-facing roles (Sales, BD, Customer Success, Support, Consulting, or Relationship Management).

 Hiring: ServiceNow Event Management Specialist | (Immediate joiners )

Experience : 5–10 Years |

Location : Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid ( Weekly 3 days office ) US Shift ( 4 PM – 1 AM )

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration and integration of ServiceNow Event Management module

Design and maintain Workflows, Sub-flows, and Flow Designer automations

Integrate with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar

Work with Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Linux scripting

Build and optimize REST API integrations

Configure event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation

Support production implementations and upgrades as part of a US Eastern Time support model

🧠 Must Have Skills

✅ ServiceNow Event Management (hands-on)

✅ Workflows / Flow Designer / Sub-flows

✅ Integration with SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace (or similar)

✅ JavaScript, API integration, scripting (Python / PowerShell)

✅ Strong understanding of ITIL and Incident Management processes

✅ Willingness to work 4 PM – 1 AM IST

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
• Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus
