8. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members.
9. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to blockchain and MERN stack development.
10. Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and emerging technologies in blockchain.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a specific focus on blockchain technology.
2. Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
3. Experience with major blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of smart contract development and implementation.
5. Familiarity with decentralized application (dApp) development.
6. Knowledge of cryptography and principles of blockchain security.
7. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a MERN Stack developer.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• I have proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3,.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux.
• Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and database design.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Design and implement front-end & back-end services with high reliability and scalability
2. Contribute to system architecture and database design
3. Do high-level design with guidance and break down a complex system into simpler modules that can be reused
4. Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
5. Learn about new technologies and incorporate them

What Are We Looking For?

1. Hands-on experience with Javascript frameworks like ReactJS / ExpressJS / NodeJS. Databases like MySQL / MongoDB and REST API is a must-have skill.
2. Proficient in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules.
3. Experience building at least one application from scratch
4. Interest in learning new languages/frameworks as needed.
5. Worked in a startup environment.
6. A growth mindset and passionate about building things from the ground up.

• Fluent English Required, and able to provide well-articulated and reasoned explanations for when and why to apply software design patterns.

• Experience of 3 to 5 years developing using MEAN Stack

• Strong development experience using Node.JS, Express, Angularjs and Mongodb

• Experience in UX, CSS, LESS/SASS, Git, Gulp

• Agile development background is required

• Test Driven Development experience

• Cloud deployment experience is preferred, working with Google, AWS, Jenkins, Docker

• Identify and establish best practices and frameworks keeping in mind parameters of performance, responsiveness, security, maintainability, extensibility, and reuse

Must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing web based applications with experience in Node.Js
• Skilled at Object Oriented JavaScript and having a working knowledge of at least one of the following MVC Frameworks (Angular, Backbone, Ember, React etc.).
• Knowledge of database, preferably some NoSQL DB like Mongo.
• Familiar with Git version control system
