Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on across the complete testing lifecycle and comfortable working with modern testing tools, APIs, databases, and scripting.

Mandatory Skills :

Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing (Postman/Swagger), Load/Performance Testing, SQL/Database Queries, Basic Scripting, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, and use of Test Management/Project Tracking Tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy BizTalk solutions for integrating business processes.
• Build custom BizTalk maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and adapters to meet integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BizTalk applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement best practices for BizTalk development and integration.
• Create and maintain documentation related to BizTalk applications and processes.
• SQL Development & Management:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, queries, and triggers.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
• Perform database tuning and optimization for performance improvements.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and backup.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as patching and updates for SQL databases.
• Integration & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand business requirements and integrate them into solutions.

• Assist in the deployment of BizTalk solutions and SQL database updates to production environments.
• Support Existing Systems:

• Ensure smooth operations by resolving issues and improving the performance of legacy systems.
• Monitoring & Support:
• Monitor the performance of BizTalk applications and SQL databases to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and SQL queries.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for any issues that arise in the production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with BizTalk Server (preferably BizTalk 2016 or later).
• Expertise in creating and managing BizTalk orchestrations, maps, and pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL Server (SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017/2019).
• Experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and indexes.

This role is responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the CPQ and billing product solutions. Will be working closely with Business and IT Go-To-Market team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong best practice principles, use system resources efficiently and integrate cleanly with the UI and server components of Salesforce CPQ. The candidate is expected to have solid experience in implementing new Salesforce CPQ and billing solutions and migrating from legacy CPQ solutions to Salesforce CPQ & billing. The candidate will be customer focused, highly collaborative and constantly seek input to ensure success. The candidate should be ready to get their hands dirty and jump in and troubleshoot/modify CPQ configurations, write code/troubleshoot if necessary (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front end web technologies & data migration).
