The ideal candidate will be a team player who can give direction to other members of the team, take abstract input from senior stakeholders to translate to action items and collaborate with direct co-creators like designers and subject matter experts. They must understand how to create a narrative around a brand and extend it to every asset we create. Ability to learn and scale quickly, and be unafraid to ask questions are must-haves.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting with internal stakeholders and clients to determine their goals and budget
- Advising clients and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes
- Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising
- Brainstorming with a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, sales specialists, and web developers
- Creating and managing paid ads across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, media partners, programmatic, display, search, networks and more
- Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance
- Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
- Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising
- Utilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns
- Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
- Coordinate with a team of individual contributors to meet deadlines for launch dates
Must-haves:
- Basic familiarity with concepts of campaign management experience across paid, organic, and other marketing efforts across channels
- Analytical mindset with an ability to map data to insights
- Impeccable ability to do customer journey mapping to identify pain points
- Work across multiple time zones (US, US (CST), Canada) as needed
- Ability to learn, scale, and ideate
- Ability to ask the right questions and focus on “what does success look like?”
- Google, Hubspot, and LinkedIn certifications are a huge plus
- Internship in SEO or SEM or Campaign Analytics preferred

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the execution, performance and reporting of the paid social campaigns
- Manage and oversee social media content and define the KPI's
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Media planning based on brief parameters and media strategy
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)

- Lead project estimations, system architecture and performance engineering of projects

- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the software is fully unit tested, can be performance tested, and passes quality requirements
Desired Candidate Profile –
- Candidate needs to have more than 5+ years of experience with IT industry.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications on the .NET platform.
- More than 1+ year of experience with MVC, WCF framework is needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
- Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
- Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
- Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
- Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
- Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of US Mortgage process will be given preference.
- Must be willing to travel abroad for short- and long-term duration.
