Jr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
• Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats as required for various platforms and media.
• Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, solving design challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably in a digital or online environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt designs into various sizes and formats without compromising on quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Minimum 3 years work experience in mobile application development

• Proficiency in Java/Android
• Ability to use third party SDKs
