Role & Responsibilities:
Virtual Demos & Client Discovery
- Conduct comprehensive virtual demos for potential clients, guiding them through OptimHire’s platform.
- Understand client pain points, hiring needs, and challenges to propose tailored solutions.
Contract Negotiations & Sign-Ups
- Drive the conversation to ensure clients understand the OptimHire value proposition.
- Aggressively follow up and adhere to the OptimHire client cadence to close contracts and onboard new clients.
- Secure signed contracts and gather job requirements post-demo.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and contract finalization.
- Maintain regular communication to confirm client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Feedback & Collaboration
- Provide timely feedback to the Lead Operations (LO) team if any demos are incorrectly qualified or scheduled.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, product, operations) to optimize the end-to-end client journey.
Client Cadence & Follow-Up
- Adhere to the defined client outreach strategy, scheduling timely follow-ups and check-ins.
- Monitor client progress, address concerns, and encourage ongoing platform usage for maximum ROI.
Revenue Generation & Incentives
- Leverage existing client relationships from your network for additional business.
- Earn extra incentives (₹7,500 per closed contract) on top of your base salary for each successful deal.
HR Tech Expertise
- Must come from an HR SaaS product background (ATS, HRMS) or Staffing/Consultancy.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Performance Metrics
- Track weekly/monthly sign-ups, closed contracts, and job postings gathered from clients.
- Aim for high conversion rates on demos and overall client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demo & Onboarding Experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience conducting demos and managing the end-to-end client onboarding cycle, including contract signing.
Industry Background
- Minimum 2 years in HR Tech (ATS, HRMS) or Staffing/Consultancy roles.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Proven ability to conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at building rapport and trust.
Process-Driven
- Familiarity with CRM and adherence to defined follow-up cadences.
Results-Oriented
- Comfortable working against ambitious targets and driving revenue outcomes.
Existing Network
- It is advantageous if you can bring your clients and convert them to OptimHire; extra incentives apply.
Team Player
