Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Faridabad

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday Week Off

Salary: ₹15k-20k per month

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role focuses on driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing overall brand awareness through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using tools like SEMrush.

• Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms.

• Content Marketing: Develop and implement content strategies including blogs, newsletters, and multimedia content.

• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.

• Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring an optimized user experience and regularly updated content.

• Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create visually engaging content using tools like Canva and edit marketing videos as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to create and align marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.

• Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Knowledge of Canva for design and video editing software.

• Strong analytical, communication, and content creation skills.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management is a plus.

What process will you own and do:

● Must have influence and connections in AOR

● Building up relationships with Buyers, Planners, Client Servicing Teams in the AOR Agencies

● Ensure there is constant engagement with the AOR agencies

● Establish and Maintain Strong, long – lasting relationships with AORs. ● Identifying the upcoming brand campaigns

● Research about the brands active in media and identify the route Agency

● Coordinate with Direct Demand Generation team and get the list of the interested Brands

● Research Client Problems and Resolve using our Media Solutions

● Proactive ideas to be created using our Media for AOR agency clients ● Understand the requirement and pitch the respective agency about the interested brand

● Coordination between the internal team for client satisfaction.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. ● Ensuring our Media is part of every upcoming Media Budget of the Agency

● Ensuring all PO’s, Documentation, outstanding payments are always on track

● Managing relationships at all levels of decision-making positions at the Clients end.

● Understand client’s business goal, challenges, and needs.

● Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and encourage repeat business.

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years within automotive industry / software development.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, Debug simulink/stateflow models according to functional, technical requirements, MAAB guidelines.
• Derive software requirements from system level requirements and establish bi-directional traceability within the models and generated code.
• Generate Code from developed models, generate test vectors, automate tests and document code reviews, test results.
• Automate the data exchange flow between MATLAB models, excel sheets, code testing using m-scripts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in model based development and testing using Mathwork Tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, autocode generation tools Embedded coder or TargetLink.
• Good understanding of the Automotive software development cycle and tool chains
• Should possess a good understanding of C coding, m-scripting, with good debugging and software testing skills.
• Experience in developing MATLAB/ Simulink models from scratch for automotive applications.
• Should have experience in requirements management, and be able to write test cases from them.
• Experience in MBD testing such as MIL/ SIL/PIL.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi Language.
• Experience in MATLAB verification and validation toolbox like Simulink Design Verifier, Simulink Test, Simulink Coverage is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Control System Design and Electric Vehicles is a plus.
