Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining Android applications. The role requires proficiency in Java and Kotlin, expertise in payment gateway integration, and the ability to support multiple languages within the app. If you have successfully deployed multiple apps on the Play Store and can manage end-to-end development, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

·       Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java and Kotlin.

·       Implement and maintain secure payment gateway solutions to facilitate transactions within the app.

·       Manage deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of applications.

·       Integrate and maintain support for multiple languages to ensure the app is accessible to a global audience.

·       Manage the process of uploading and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and policies.

·       Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.

·       Conduct rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a smooth user experience.

·       Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the app development process.

Requirements:

·       Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.

·       Android app development using Jetpack Compose.

·       Knowledge of state management, navigation, and UI best practices in Compose.

·       Experience with payment gateway integration.

·       Ability to support and manage multiple languages within the app.

·       Proven track record of deploying and maintaining at least 5 apps on the Google Play Store.

·       Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

1. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including individual investors and financial advisors, through various channels. Generate high-quality leads, conduct market research, and convert leads into paying customers. 2. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress using our CRM systems. Continuously update and prioritize leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects. Implement effective sales strategies to accelerate the sales cycle.

3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Engage in regular client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell MProfit's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the customer service team, marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of MProfit. Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance product features and market positioning. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

1 - 5 years of total experience 

Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS B2B sales 

Experience of selling in education sector is a plus (good to have)

As a Business Development Manager at company you will be responsible for selling company’s flagship SaaS product (campus placements automation tool) to colleges and universities on an annual license subscription basis. 

• Planning and setting weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach goals
• Prospecting, generating leads from the college database shared with you for your zone (1 or more States assigned to you), via emailing, calling, or any necessary means 
• Scheduling and fixing product demo over calls and emails 
• Perform product demos confidently to the placement officers and leadership (Chancellors, Directors, Owners) of the institutes 
• Prepare and send proposals, discuss and negotiate pricing, close deals 
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve your set quota/targets
