JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: bangalore

Mode of Work : 3 days from Office

DSA(Collections, Hash maps, trees, Linkedlist and Arrays, etc), Core Oops concepts(Multithreading, Multi Processing, Polymorphism, Inheritance etc) Annotations in Spring and Spring boot, Java 8 Vital features, database Optimization, Microsevices and Rest API

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).
• Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
• Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high/low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
• Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
• Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial/trading domain.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and models, including LangChain,

OpenAI (GPT-4), and LLaMA

● Proven experience in LLM orchestration, workflow management, and multi-agent

system design using frameworks such as LangGraph

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose end-to-end solutions and

contribute at an architectural/system design level

● Experience building scalable AI-backed backend services using FastAPI and

asynchronous programming patterns

● Solid experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Load

Balancers

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization for deploying and managing

AI/ML applications

● Good understanding of Transformer-based architectures and how modern LLMs work

internally

● Strong skills in data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for analysis

and insights

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including

document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

● Experience in model optimization and training techniques, including fine-tuning,

LoRA, and QLoRA

● Experience designing and operating production-grade AI systems

● Familiarity with cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning for

Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter software developer to join our product development practice as a Senior Software Engineer (SSE).

Key Responsibilities

As a Full-stack Developer

• 8+ year’s professional experience in enterprise software design and development in an N-tier architecture environment;
• Understanding of 12-factor app framework is highly desirable
• Must have experience building web applications using .NET core 3.x (.NET 5.0 is better), Web API, HTML5, React OR other JS-based frameworks like Angular
• Must have experience with tools such as Jira, Github, Confluence (or other wiki), SonarQube (or similar), OWASP ZAP (or similar) and Snyk (or similar)
