Our client is actively seeking a Conversational AI Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) to join a high-impact digital transformation project via a GCP Premier Partner. As part of a staff augmentation model, you will be embedded within the client’s technology or contact center innovation team, delivering scalable virtual agent solutions that improve customer experience, agent productivity, and call deflection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and buildout of Dialogflow CX/ES agents across chat and voice channels.
• Integrate virtual agents with client systems and platforms (e.g., Genesys, Twilio, NICE CXone, Salesforce).
• Develop fulfillment logic using Google Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and backend integrations (via REST APIs and webhooks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define intent models, entity schemas, and user flows.
• Implement Agent Assist and CCAI Insights to augment live agent productivity.
• Leverage Google Cloud tools including Pub/Sub, Logging, and BigQuery to support and monitor the solution.
• Support tuning, regression testing, and enhancement of NLP performance using live utterance data.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years developing conversational AI experiences, including at least 1–2 years with Google Dialogflow CX or ES.
• Solid experience across GCP services (Functions, Cloud Run, IAM, BigQuery, etc.).
• Strong skills in Python or Node.js for webhook fulfillment and backend logic.
• Knowledge of NLU/NLP modeling, training, and performance tuning.
• Prior experience working in client-facing or embedded roles via consulting or staff augmentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Agent Assist, CCAI Insights, or third-party CCaaS tools (Genesys, Twilio Flex, NICE CXone).
• Familiarity with Vertex AI, AutoML, or other GCP ML services.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, etc.).
• Google Cloud certification in Cloud Developer or CCAI Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as Meteor JS, React JS, HTML5, CSS3

3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.

4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.

7. Ability to debug the application.

8. Should have complete knowledge of developing RESTful Services.

9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.
10. Work with designated JavaScript framework to design, develop, and debug web applications
11. Work with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications
12. Manage end to end module lifecycle management of the product
13. Push and pull codes via Git repository

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS and development using MeteroJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks - Meteor JS
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud

Your expertise in WordPress and PHP will be crucial in implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

PHP and WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the UI/UX and internal teams to develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and functionality that align with project requirements.

Write efficient, maintainable, and secure PHP code for both front-end and backend development.

Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet needs.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, and ensure they are responsive across different devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, PHP, and other web technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress and PHP development.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards within the team.

Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Requirements:

WordPress developers with strong hold PHP development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

Proven work experience (6+ YEARS) as a WordPress developer and PHP.

Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

Knowledge of code versioning tools 

Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

Ability to manage projects and meet timelines

• Work with project managers to discuss the desired website functionality and provide solutions.
• Integrate custom templates/themes into WordPress.

• Knowledge of WordPress Architecture, WooCommerce, Page Builder’s (like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer etc), and other best practice solutions
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery.
• Knowledge of child theme creation and customization as per designed based on the requirements
• Knowledge of WordPress plugin and back-end development

As a Software Engineer, you will build and scale Clockwork, creating an engaging experience for our users. As one of the first few engineers, you will work on 0 to 1 type projects, partnering closely with our product, design and business teams to build the future of Clockwork.
