We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Financial Services team, contributing to the design and development of scalable system.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To-

• Take ownership of delivering performant, scalable and high quality cloud based software, both frontend and backend side.
• Mentor team members to develop in line with product requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect for design and technology choices for product development roadmap.
• Do code reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Software Engineer fullstack profile using NodeJS, Python, and React
• Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 6+ YOE in Software Development using Python and NodeJS (For backend) & React (For frontend)
• Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Must have strong experience in working on Typescript
• Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Must have experience in message based systems like Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis
• Mandatory (Core Skills 3): Databases - PostgreSQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Mandatory (Company) - Product Companies Only
• Mandatory (Education) - B.Tech or Dual degree (Btech and Mtech or Integrated Msc/MS) from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes. Candidates from other institutions will not be considered unless they come from top-tier product companies
• Mandatory (Note) : This role is a hybrid role (2 days WFO)
• Preferred (Experience): Experience in Fin-Tech, Payment, POS and Retail products is highly preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack / Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Microfrontends, Webpack, Git, and Bitbucket. The candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications and working with tier-based service architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable and maintainable React components using Hooks, state management, and modern React patterns.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, and component lifecycle.
• Develop applications using Next.js SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router, Server Components, and Client Components.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Work with Node.js event loop, asynchronous programming, async/await, and authentication mechanisms.
• Design and implement Microfrontend architectures using Module Federation.
• Handle communication between independently deployed microfrontends.
• Work on deployment strategies for microfrontend applications.
• Configure and maintain Webpack for bundling, loaders, plugins, code splitting, and Module Federation.
• Follow Git/Bitbucket branching strategies and manage merge/rebase operations.
• Resolve merge conflicts and participate in Pull Request (PR) reviews.
• Work with Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD processes.
• Develop applications following a tier-based architecture: UI → API → Service/Business Layer → Database.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and Microfrontends.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.

Ideal Profile

* You possess a Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 20+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a 10+ years of experience leading teams and at least 4 Years of experience in building a SaaS / Fintech platform.

* Proficiency in MERN / Java / Full Stack.

* Led a team in optimizing the performance and scalability of a product

* You have extensive experience with DevOps environment and CI/CD practices and can train teams.

* You're a hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.

* You can work in fast-paced environments and communicate asynchronously with geographically distributed teams.

• Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements across the stack.

• Solid knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL stores (Elasticsearch, Redis).
• Experience using build tools (Webpack, Vite), package managers (npm/Yarn), and Git workflows.
• Skilled in writing and maintaining tests with Jest, React Testing Library, Pytest, and Cypress.
