Key Responsibilities:

• User Research:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design processes.

• Information Architecture:
• Develop and maintain information architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Create site maps, user flows, and navigation structures.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
• Design low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Use tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

• Interaction Design:
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Focus on usability, accessibility, and creating delightful user experiences.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.

• Visual Design:
• Work to ensure the visual design aligns with the overall UX strategy.
• Apply principles of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to cross-functional teams effectively.

• Usability Testing:
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement changes to enhance user experience based on test outcomes.

• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive UX documentation including design specifications and guidelines.
• Ensure that all design assets are up-to-date and accessible to the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Databricks and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability and quality of our data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to process large volumes of data using Databricks.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party data providers into our data lake and data warehouse.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data engineering processes, code, and data architecture.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
