Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-On Development:

• Design & Implementation: Build scalable, secure, and high-quality features using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues to maintain product stability.

2. Collaboration:

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimization & Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancement.

3. Code Quality:

• Code Reviews: Participate in thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Best Practices: Contribute to establishing and refining engineering best practices.

4. Knowledge Sharing:

• Documentation: Document technical solutions and share insights to foster knowledge sharing.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and help them grow technically.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
• Database Expertise: Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• DevOps Familiarity: Exposure to modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SaaS Startups Experience: Prior experience working in SaaS startups or lean teams.
• Frontend Exposure: Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS (optional but advantageous).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with platforms like AWS.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development into MERN (React & Node.js ) technology.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Must have Hands-On coding expertise of React.js, Reactstrap, NodeJS, MongoDB and ExpressJS.
• Configuring and managing deployment on AWS (EC2 IAM, S3).
• Knowledge of developing REST API using Express framework and front end integration with PUG engine.
• Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.
• Exposure to scm tools like git, Git Hub, CI/CD methods, code coverage tools like SonarQube, etc.
• Good understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises, API formation, POSTMAN API etc.

Candidates with the below skillsets are preferred:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer
• Familiarity with the http://asp.net/">NETframework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail

Education Details: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Experience as a full stack developer or similar role.
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages is good to have (e.g. Java, Scala, Python, C#, J2EE, Web Services) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications and familiarity with common stacks.
• Experience with large-scale distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL, e.g. MongoDB/Cassandra/MySQL).
• Superb communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business use cases into good taxonomy design.
• Demonstrable skills in understanding importance of data design.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop applications in a very passionate environment being responsible for Front-end and Back-end development. You will perform development and day-to-day maintenance on large applications. You have multiple opportunities to work on cross-system single-page applications.
