Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, modern web development, AI/Generative AI, APIs, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Build and integrate modern frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI / Generative AI / LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop and manage workflow orchestration and process automation solutions.
• Design and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Implement observability through monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, including root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering, security, and development best practices.

We're seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer who is experienced in Node.js, React.js, and Laravel (PHP) to work on building high-performance web applications, APIs, SaaS platforms, and hosting tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to modern, scalable platforms used by thousands of users.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend), React.js (frontend), and Laravel (backend).

Design, implement, and document APIs and microservices for internal and customer-facing platforms.

Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services as needed.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings.

- Good understanding of NODE JS back-end development

- Strong understanding of Node.js and frameworks available for it

- Understanding of front-end technologies, such as React/Angular, HTML and CSS3
-Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.

- Good experience with AJAX, REST and JSON

- Experience with development practices such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
-Experience in Version Control Systems like GIT, Bitbucket
- Must have good problem solving and analytical skills.

- Must be a team player, having good communication skills, self-starter

- Ability to pick up new technology is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with team members, e.g designer, product and other stakeholders to ensure quality in product.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience in MERN stack
• Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, SQS, Lambda
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

You will be responsible for overseeing full-stack development as well as the R&D around creating various, unique, and bespoke solutions.

You should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of operations. You would also be working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital solutions for bespoke in-house software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with development teams and product manager to implement software solutions.

• Developing front end and back end website Architecture.

• Build user interactions on web pages.

• Develop and manage databases for functionalities.

• Designing and developing effective APIs.

• Test Software to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of applications.

• Meeting both technical and consumer/client needs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and review the code.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of talented engineers and oversee daily execution
• Work with product managers in planning sprints and task estimation
• Remove roadblocks for teams and increase delivery velocity
• Provide technical leadership to the team
• Be Technical SME in client meetings
• Be a stickler for code quality, test coverage
• Coach and grow engineering team

To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering quality products.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, React JS tech stacks
• Experience in building high performance web applications/APIs
• Top notch analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Should have proven ability to build, lead and develop a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as provide the team with a clear overview of the priorities
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
