Role:

You'll architect and build our frontend from the ground up, crafting a modern, production-ready agentic AI application that makes complex database insights clear, accessible, and actionable. In this high-impact role, your technical decisions will shape how our platform scales and evolves.

What You'll Own

• Design and implement the entire frontend architecture using modern technologies
• Build responsive, performant UIs that handle real-time data and complex user workflows
• Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to define system boundaries, advocate for optimal data flows, and craft experiences that make AI accessible
• Establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, and code quality
• Balance technical excellence with product intuition and a deep focus on user experience

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements:

• 3 to 5 Years building production frontends with proven performance, security, and architectural ownership
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component-based architecture
• Deep knowledge of authentication, RBAC, session management, and frontend security best practices
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and integrating complex or real-time APIs
• Strong design intuition with exposure to design systems, responsive UX, and accessibility standards
• Experience building real-time UIs, data visualizations, or telemetry dashboards
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries like Recharts, D3, Chart.js, or similar open-source solutions
• A track record of clean, maintainable code and a proactive ownership mindset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Project Manager or Project Consultant to develop front end of mobile and web application
• Delivering a complete front-end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state-of-the-art user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
• Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about front end development, web application, mobile app etc.
• Act as the impulse by providing clear guidance to the team’s questions during implementation phases
• Implement new technologies to maximize application performance
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Strong object-oriented JavaScript

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor working on the frontend technologies
• Strong technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with latest React concepts like hooks, context APIs
• Experience with popular state management libraries like Redux, Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with common front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with Git
• Hands on experience with markup languages
• Background contributing best-practices and architectural leadership to front end applications
• Demonstrable understanding, and experience in dismantling large, abstract problems into smaller, workable tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally with designers, product managers and other engineers.

Requirements:

 You have designed, refactored, re-architected, deprecated and/or implemented a webapp from start to finish.

 CSS and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS.

 Excellent command over web fundamentals

 Good understanding and experience in building a React app.

 Exceptional coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/ES6

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Familiarity with benchmarking and optimization techniques

 Eye for animation and understanding of motion principles.

 Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies

 Experience in DevOps - AWS, S3, API Gateway, CI/CD

 Native development experience in React Native (Android and iOS)

 Experience in NodeJs

Additional Full-stack Skills Would Be a Huge Bonus:

 Experience with Mongo DB, Redis, Firebase, NodeJs and its framework/ libraries like Express.
