What You’ll Do:

• Lead AI-driven workflow enablement (Cursor, Devin, Windsurf, etc.)
• Own developer velocity — from CI fast-tracking to dev environment tooling (Nix)
• Optimize build and test cycles for our React codebases
• Define and enforce high standards for unit and E2E testing
• Drive open API design and alignment across internal and external teams
• Write sharp RFCs, lead cross-functional architecture discussions, and ship high-leverage tooling
• Make pragmatic, cost-conscious engineering decisions that balance velocity and scale

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience – primarily with product-based (SaaS) companies
• 5-7 years of deep experience with modern React front end – building highly scalable features from scratch
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and startups is a plus
• Strong command of CI/CD, dev environment tooling, and reproducible builds
• Production-level Kubernetes experience
• Hands-on with AI development tools (Cursor, Devin, etc.)
• Strong belief in open API specs and clean contracts between systems
• Demonstrated open-source contributions
• Systems thinker who writes, documents, and communicates with clarity

Meet with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to collect requirements, scope projects, and contribute to creative 

and technical concepts 

∙Implement modifications to existing campaigns to accommodate changes in user requirements 

∙Employ best practices in developing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests and personalization campaigns focused on user 

experience and effectiveness against project goals 

∙Identify areas for improvements and assist in managing projects to implement enhancements to completion  

∙Maintain campaign code in GitHub following established organization standards and development guidelines 

∙Ensure team process to enter and track implementation information including work items, tasks and issue management 

using JIRA 

Tools: 

∙Must have 5+ years minimum experience in building and maintaining web applications. 

∙Must have experience in web technologies HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript, Web services (SOAP/REST). 

∙Must have Experience in CSS and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery etc. 

∙Experience with SASS/LESS frameworks. 

∙Experience with source control systems like TFS, GIT etc.

The Role Expectation

• You will play a key role in the design and development of the core UI, working directly with the Product team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.

You Have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• You are aware of Javascript design patterns and can architect a fairly complex UI without feeling the need for a framework.
• You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• Experience in any of React/AngularJs/Vue js
• You have a deep understanding of javascript coding methodologies and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems.
• You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

Preferred:

• Previous work experience in product-based (B2B/B2C) startups and fintech firms.
• Experience working with Visualisation/graphs/gaming
