As a Founder’s Office Associate at CodeRound, you will work directly with the founders on a variety of high-impact initiatives across growth, operations, hiring, partnerships, and strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the ground up. You’ll get exposure to multiple parts of the business and help execute projects that directly impact the company’s growth.
No two days will look the same — you’ll be solving problems, improving processes, and helping the team move faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders to support key business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Help manage special projects across sales, hiring, operations, and product.
- Improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency across teams.
- Support partnership discussions, outreach, and coordination with external stakeholders.
