Role
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation anddelivery of Tradelab's mission-critical trading technology solutions to enterprise clients. You willbe responsible for managing the complete delivery lifecycle—from project planning andresource allocation to client onboarding and post-deployment support—ensuring that our OMS,RMS, trading terminals, and wallet solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and to thehighest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end delivery of Tradelab's product implementations including tradingterminals, OMS, RMS, exchange connectivity platforms, and crypto wallet solutions
● Lead cross-functional delivery teams including developers, QA engineers, architects,and support personnel to execute complex deployment projects
● Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies incollaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
● Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients duringimplementation,ensuring clear communication and expectation management
● Coordinate technical integration activities with client IT teams, exchanges, clearingsystems, and third-party vendors
● Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive testing of tradingworkflows, risk controls, and compliance requirements
● Monitor project health through KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying and resolvingbottlenecks and risks
● Manage change requests and scope variations while maintaining project profitability andclient satisfaction
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes andmethodologies
● Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during systemdeployments
● Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams post-deployment
Skills & Experience
● 6-10 years of experience in project/delivery management, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering enterprise software solutions
● Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory
● Strong understanding of trading systems architecture, order management, riskmanagement, and exchange connectivity
● Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies with relevantcertifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing prioritiesand dependencies
● Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience handling C-level clientinteractions● Strong technical acumen to understand system architectures, integration requirements,and deployment complexities
● Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms
● Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
● Experience managing geographically distributed teams and working in fast-paced,dynamic environments
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Job Purpose
A Plant Operations Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the overall plant operations. Assures that the plant's production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements while maintaining compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to all aspects of the manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate, coach, counsel, and guide the manufacturing work group to ensure they can deliver results.
- Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results.
- Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve stated goals.
- Strive for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to ensure efficiencies and eliminate waste, and implement such plans through people, processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Exercise direct supervision over R&D department, general supervisors and line supervisors concerning production volume, cost, and quality of production to meet production schedules and delivery dates.
- Meet financial objectives and goals by forecasting requirements and supporting the annual budget process.
- Review production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the plant.
- Direct and lead all operations to achieve monthly profit results with a focus on operations throughout.
This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly
solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a
unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
● Redesign data model (replace custom objects with standard Lead/Opportunity where
applicable).
● Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.
● Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.
● Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.
● Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
● Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning.
Qualifications:
● 6+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ in Lightning implementations.
● Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management, and digital engagement.
● Proven experience with Classic-to-Lightning migration projects.
● Strong understanding of low-code/no-code capabilities (Flows, Dynamic Actions).
● Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
Support as process expert for designing the process template in managing the SAP projects
General Requirements:
• Implementation Experience: Minimum of two end-to-end SAP EWM implementations.
• Support Experience: At least two projects involving post-go-live support or full-time support roles.
• Rollout Experience: Understanding of template rollout methodologies.
• Integration & Interface Expertise: Hands-on experience with IDOCs, CIF, RFC for setup and issue resolution.
• Solution Design: Ability to translate customer requirements into EWM solutions effectively.
Technical Expertise (6–10 years):
• EWM Versions: Experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM, with at least one year in S/4HANA.
• Functional Specifications: Ability to prepare Functional Specs for EWM developments.
• EWM-ERP Integration: Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and configuration.
• EWM Features: Must have hands-on experience with all mandatory EWM features (as per provided reference).
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Automated Warehouse processes.
Process Knowledge & Experience:
• Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, and Packaging: Must be strong in at least one process area, with good knowledge of the other three.
o Definition of "Strong": Ability to list worked-on processes, explain customer requirements, and describe how the process meets business needs.
• Process Variants: Understanding of process variations for different business scenarios.
• EWM Production Integration: Good knowledge of production replenishment processes and integration features.
Industry Expertise:
• Auto/Manufacturing Industry: Minimum two years of experience working in EWM within automotive or manufacturing industries.
Role Overview:
• Position: Customer-Facing SAP EWM Functional Consultant.
• Function: Serve as a Process Solution Expert, supporting Plant Users in addressing queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
o Conduct gap analysis and identify new business requirements.
o Collaborate with the Process Responsible team to develop new solutions.
• User & Process Support:
o Assist Plant Key Users & Plant Users in testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT).
o Support data migration activities (Test Migration, Productive Migration).
o Conduct training sessions for Key Users.
o Provide Hypercare Support post go-live.
o Troubleshoot defects during testing and post-go-live phases.
Certifications (Preferred):
• SAP EWM Certification with knowledge of:
o Embedded EWM
o Decentralized EWM
• Optional: SAP WM Certification
Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal and external customers effectively.
Travel Requirements:
• Willingness to travel for short-term business trips (up to 4 weeks) domestically and internationally.
