Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients (startups & organizations) in India and abroad through research, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
• Client Outreach & Agreement: Initiate conversations, pitch PLEXO HR Solutions’ model, and convert prospects into clients via meetings/calls/emails; coordinate and facilitate sign-up agreements.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing: Engage and network via LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and relevant online channels to promote company services.
