JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. As a Landscape engineer, you are required to work as directed within project, either alone or more often as part of a team, to deliver high quality garden/grounds maintenance or landscaping services.
2. To Maintain gardens and off garden tidies
3. To Mow (with both informal and formal finishes), trim hedges (with both informal and formal finishes) Border and flower bed management, Leaf/rubbish clearing, Turfing, Planting and work on landscaping projects
4. To Assist with ground work in relation to tree operations, Fencing, Decking, Slab laying, Wood working, Walling, Operating a chipper, mower, strimmer, stump grinder, pressure washer, digger, dumper and other machinery
5. To Maintain tools and machinery and ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and conscientious manner
6. To compile reports, cost estimates, photos, illustrations, land use studies and models to create a proposal to submit to the client.
7. To list the needed materials and supplies, as well as construction details and ensure that their plans are followed during site construction
8. You will be expected to be friendly and helpful to customers at all times, work with confidence and enthusiasm, be self motivated, adaptable, proactive and be a team player.

MUST HAVE

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture using React.js, Node.js, Mongo DB and AWS Lambda and Python
• Must have good knowledge of API
• Deployment and maintenance of AWS infrastructure -- Kubernetes, EC2, S3, Lambda
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
• Design and implementation of continuous integration
• Working knowledge of web-based application architectures and frameworks (including React) and the way it integrates with services.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Love for Software and the Microsoft tech stack.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Azure, etc
• Passion for upcoming tech; experience/tinkering with ASP.NET Core, Azure Cosmos DB, etc
• Basic SQL programming 
• Ability to work with client-side scripting languages; newer frameworks and paradigms such as React, Flutter or Angular
• 2+ years of experience developing large/complex application end-to-end

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Web Development is required.
• Strong middle-tier development (API's).
• Should be hands-on with the technical deliverables.
• Very strong software engineering - design, development and testing, experience.
• Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.

Other Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication, team skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate across multiple groups
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently and drive them to success
