Job Description: React JS Developer (8+ years) with Strong Next JS Experience

Location: Remote/Gurgaon (GGN)

Shift: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am

Maximum Budget: 15 LPA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React JS Developer with a strong background in Next JS. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks. This is a remote position with an option to work from our office in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by the QA team or end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to React JS and Next JS.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a React JS Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience in Next JS is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of React JS and its core principles.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

What you need to have:

• Graduate from a good design school with 3 to 7 Years of graphic design experience
• Experience in E-commerce/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG industry preferred
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign/ 2d Techniques)
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing is a plus
• Hands on experience in Adobe Premier Pro + After Effects
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Start-up/ early-stage experience
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on and adaptive environment  

Responsibilities

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Preparing JD understanding the needs of hiring manager as well to ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate(s).

• Generate Recruitment Dashboard periodically & Maintain MIS. on Talent Acquisition activities
• On boarding of new joiners
• Support and advise on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies.
• Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues.
• Handling HRMS.
• Update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance and manage terminations
• Research attrition/retention, analysing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action.
