Job Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented professional to support backend operations in tax compliance, documentation, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns

• Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and compliance reports

• Maintain documentation and assist during statutory, internal, and tax audits

• Monitor TDS/TCS deductions, deposits, and Form 16/16A generation via TRACES

• Handle tax notices, queries, and compliance issues in coordination with consultants

• Ensure adherence to updated tax laws, regulations, circulars, and internal SOPs

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with multiple customers across domains such as manufacturing, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and textiles to gather, document, and validate requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract key business and functional needs.

• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.

• Documentation & Communication:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.

• Clearly communicate requirements to developers, architects, and QA teams, ensuring full understanding of scope and dependencies.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and development team.

• Testing & Validation:

• Perform initial system validation, UAT preparation, and smoke testing to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Collaborate with QA to define test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Track and log defects in JIRA, ensuring they are resolved before delivery.

• Project Planning & Scope Management:

• Work closely with project managers and solution architects to define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and communicate proactively to stakeholders.

• Contribute to effort estimation and prioritization discussions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and UX designers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

• Ensure all customer inputs are converted into actionable, technically feasible tasks for development.

• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Conduct regular check-ins and demo sessions with customers to validate progress and gather feedback.

We are seeking a results-oriented Network Administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers. 

To ensure success as an IT Administrator, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures. 

Desired roles & responsibilities:

• Expertise in DNS, VMware Workstation, multiple OS installation & RAID configurations.
• Excellent understanding of Networking & Firewalling concepts.
• Well versed with various IT Infrastructure technologies/ concepts such as LAN & WAN protocols, VPN Technologies (IPSEC, SSL), Leased Line Connectivity, DNS, DHCP, ISP Setup, TCP/ IP, IP architecture, Network Management System (NMS), VLANs, Structured Cabling Design, Anti-Virus Server (Mail Scanning/ Gateway Scanning/ Server/ Clients Scanning) Setup and Wire Less LAN concepts.
• Expertise in Active Directory Configuration and Group Policy Management. FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications, etc.
• Experienced in Single sign-on configurations using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD.
• Good understating of PKI infrastructure and experience in Active Directory Certificate Services administration.
• Administration knowledge on Anti-Virus Management
• Firmware up-gradation and tuning, hardening the servers.
• Manage local hardware inventories.
• Assist network architects with the design of network models whenever needed.
• Good hands-on experience on SonicWALL/FortiGate/FortiNet Firewall and configuration. well versed with NAT Rules in Firewall and Direct the installation of both the software and hardware components of firewalls along with other portions of security infrastructure. They also configure firewalls for usage, manage their day-to-day operations, and perform regular maintenance through upgrades and patches.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Expertise in Firewall design, building, and managing the security infrastructure of information technology (IT) systems. They are expected to be proficient in all aspects of ITIL (i.e. Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Request Management, Problem Management, Disaster Response, etc.).
• Windows Server environment administration and support.

IT Administrator Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. 
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification. 
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. 
• Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

• Ability to transform briefs into compelling copy and content for the brand
• Medium agnostic approach towards writing
• Strong understanding of how creative writing can impact consumer behavior and help build a brand
• Planning and execution of copy requirements for social media channels, CRM, website and other digital platforms (short format copy, captions)
• Guide a team of junior writer/s to deliver creative copy and content according to the brief
• Work with teams (internal and external) to ensure project management and completion
• Ability to work closely with graphic designers and video editors for timely planning and execution of campaigns

Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Impeccable English writing skills, degree or postgraduate degree in English Literature, Mass Communication or Copywriting preferred
• Understanding of how to maintain consistent tone of voice across all brand channels
• Comfortable with both short and long format content (more of short format)
• Must have: Experience in copywriting for social media and CRM channels. Good to have: website, brochures and other POSM
