Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solution and technical architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Define data, integration, and security architecture.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, or middleware.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
• Guide Salesforce Developers and technical teams on architecture and best practices.

Minimum qualifications

·      B.E or B.Tech or MCA

·      Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's platform.

Must have experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud

Must have experience of integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications using middleware (MuleSoft), and REST/SOAP APIs

Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

· Experience in CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, Oracle integrations

·      Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Preferred qualifications

·      Certifications in Salesforce/Product Owner

·      Relevant Years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem

·      Must be able to apply design thinking in the business processes

·      Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream.

·      Experience in migrating functionalities and data from 3rd party applications into Salesforce

·      Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation using excel, word document, graphics etc.

·      Expertise in any of the diagramming tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must. Archimate is an additional advantage.

·      DataModelling capability including creation or ERD.

· Familiarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid integrations

· Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

· Self-motivated and capable of taking decisions in ambiguous situations

Hiring for Salesforce Developer - Marketing Cloud

Exp : 5 - 8 yrs

Edu : BE/B.Tech/MCA

Work Location : Pune

Skills :

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within an enterprise environment.

Minimum 1–2 years of exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with basic knowledge of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Email Studio, subscriber management, and SFMC administration.

Proven experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, production support, and problem management/root cause analysis.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, sharing model, and administration best practices.

Hands-on experience in configuring declarative solutions including Flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and access controls.

Experience supporting release and change management processes across multiple Salesforce environments.
