Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack with 7 to 12 years of experience in developing scalable SaaS products using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with microservices architecture, performance optimization, and cloud-native development, and is passionate about mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in building scalable SaaS products with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Technologies: Java (Mandatory), Spring Boot, ReactJS or any other JavaScript framework.
• Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and using mocking frameworks.
• Skilled in profiling services and debugging performance issues.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiar with data integration tools such as Pentaho Kettle or Apache Nifi.
• Ability to influence technical decision-making, with a strong focus on automation and security best practices.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy both front-end and back-end components of the product.
• Build and deliver highly scalable services using Spring Boot.
• Develop frameworks and accelerators to speed up development.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices.
• Create and review design artifacts using UML for team-wide implementation.
• Mentor and guide product engineers within the team.
• Ensure on-time delivery of user stories planned for sprints.
• Engage in all stages of the product development lifecycle – from planning and design to implementation and testing in multi-cloud environments.
• Deliver robust, quality-focused technical solutions to business problems.
• Work alongside a talented team solving complex technical challenges in building large-scale SaaS products.
• Contribute from the ground up to the architecture and modularization of the product for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Share knowledge and expertise by writing blogs, articles, and whitepapers.

 Technical Requirements

• Design and implement microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create, manage, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and support junior developers on the team.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong database skills in PostgreSQL.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for International and Domestic processes.
• Engage with customers in English, Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati/Bengali (as per process).
• Drive telesales, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and customer retention activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
• Achieve performance targets (KPI/KRAs) while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Provide VIP/priority support for high-value clients in specialized processes.

Eligibility

• Education: Minimum SSC/HSC; Graduates preferred.
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in International Telesales / Customer Service / Renewals / Collections.
• Age Criteria: 22 – 39 years (role-specific).
• Language Proficiency:
• English + Hindi (mandatory for international process).
• English + Hindi + Marathi / Gujarati / Bengali (for domestic VIP/Lite/HVM processes).
• Male candidates preferred for some VIP processes (per business need).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹37,000 In-Hand (based on experience & process).
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based (no cap).
• .Shift Timings:
• International (US): 11 PM – 9 AM (Night shift, 2 rotational offs).
• Domestic (Thane): 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (1 rotational off per week).

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, acquire, and nurture relationships with strategic publishers.

- Manage a team of 2-3 Publisher Development Representatives.

Mandatory skills- PHP, Laravel, Rest API

Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.

Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.

Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

Utilize back end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API

Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager

Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Communicate with other backend and front end engineers

Create and deploy web apps using the Laravel framework

Create server-side logic to handle front-end inputs

Identify and correct flaws identified in the code

Work with SQL databases

Ensure that all database inputs have been parameterized

Make sure you've built unit test cases to ensure your code is operating as intended and to avoid potential security issues

Create written documentation for each component

Core Experience:

•Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring REST, Linux, JUnit, Maven, Design Patterns.

• Sound knowledge of RDBMS like MySQL/Postgres, including schema design.

• Exposure to Linux environment.

• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.

• Basic Knowledge of Cloud Services of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud provider.

• Proficient in general programming, logic, problem solving, data structures & algorithms

• Good analytical, grasping and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills:

• Agile / Scrum Development Experience preferred.

• Comfortable working with a microservices architecture and familiarly with NoSql solutions.

• Experience in Test Driven Development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hands-on skills in configuration of popular build tools, like Maven and Gradle

• Good knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit.

• Good knowledge of coding standards, source code organization and packaging/deploying.
