We are looking for a tenacious, high-performing Hunter and Account Manager to spearhead new customer acquisition within the SAP ecosystem. This is a role for a self-starter who is obsessed with winning, owning the entire sales cycle, and closing million-dollar enterprise deals.

Your Mission

Architect and lead complex sales cycles for net-new enterprise logos in the domestic India market. You will directly engage C-Level executives to demonstrate how our platform solves critical business challenges in the upstream/downstream supply chain and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hunter Focus & Pipeline Creation:

Aggressively prospect, build, and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting net-new Enterprise Accounts. Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting, pipeline building, consultation, negotiation to closure.

2. Strategic & Solution Selling:

Develop and execute a Go-to-Market [GTM] strategy for your assigned region/segment. Master our platform's unique positioning and translate complex product capabilities into simple, impactful value propositions for Procurement, Finance, Sales, Distribution, and IT leadership.

3. C-Level Engagement:

Consistently engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with CXO / Senior Executive-level decision makers [CFO][CPO][CIO][COO][CDO]. Articulate a compelling business case and ROI to drive closure.

4. Deal Leadership & Closure:

Structure, negotiate, and close large, complex, high-value deals with a proven ability to grow opportunities into million-dollar contracts.

5. Sales Collaboration:

Qualify inbound leads and work strategically with Sales Development Representatives to fuel the top of the funnel through targeted outbound campaigns.[SDRs]

1. Experience:

• 8+ years of direct B2B Enterprise Software Sales experience.
• Of this, the most recent 5+ years must be in SAP Sales [Services or License; any SAP module]. SAP sales must be your current and most recent focus.
• Must have experience selling to Enterprise Accounts in the Domestic Market.[India]

2. Hunter Mindset:

• Proven Hunter profile focused on net-new logo acquisition. Must have owned the entire sales cycle end-to-end. Resume must show relevant metrics.

3. Quota & Performance:

• Documented history of being a consistent top performer and exceeding annual quotas.
• Individual annual targets and actual achievement against them must be clearly mentioned in the resume. Team or regional numbers will not be accepted.

4. Executive Presence:

• Proven experience in engaging and influencing CXO / senior executive-level decision makers to build business case and drive closure.

5. Communication:

• Elite verbal & written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English.

6. Stability & Education:

• Stability: Must show stable tenure of 2+ years per organization. No significant gaps in the most recent 3+ years and consistent performance throughout.
• Education: Must be a Graduate in any discipline with an aggregate score of 60% or above.

Important Notes for This Role

• This is a complete Individual Contributor [IC], quota-carrying role.
• Role is fully Work From Office, 5 days a week.
• Must be open to Pan-India travel, tentatively 3 days a week with no upper limit.
• Domain Exclusion: Candidates currently working at ICICI-backed companies will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience selling Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, or Financial SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of upstream/downstream supply chain processes and related tech [CRM][DMS][CX].
• Background in a B2B SaaS Product Company.

• A graduation/post graduation degree in Computer Science (IITs, IIITs and NITs preferred)
• 7-12 years of strong experience in various frontend development technologies which includes Javascript (core and oops), Nodejs, Html, Css
• Expertise in 
• Any UI framework React/Vue 
• State Management libraries like redux
• Build tools (webpack, grunt, gulp etc)
• Experience with 
• best practices for JS development using jslint, testing frameworks etc.
• package managers like npm or yarn
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in dynamic and disruptive environments.
• 2+ years of leading and managing a team consisting of backend, frontend and QA.
• Hands on writing and reviewing code
• Exceptional design and architectural skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Good to have

• Experience with AWS, Microfrontend, Nginx, CDN caching
• Exposure to Performance optimization techniques/tools (caching, cdn, lighthouse, optimization)
• Experience with Dockers & Containerization
• Knowledge of tools and best practices for Linting, Compiling, Minifying, Jenkins etc.
• Experience with "Micro Frontend architecture" & “Backend For Frontend”

Skills / Requirements
