PortOne provides a unified API for merchants to integrate with and manage all of the payment options available in Korea and SEA Markets - Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia etc. It's currently used by 2000+ companies and processing multi-billion dollars in annualized volume. Skills and Experience

• Preferably have 1 to 2 Years of experience shipping high quality products.
• Experience working at payment gateways or aggregators or payment related APIs will be strongly preferred.

• Contribute to our payments stack to expand the payment coverage across multiple markets in Asia
• Build new features for internal and external users.
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts in - product, design, infrastructure, and operations.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Technology hiring across levels and manage a team of recruiters

· Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition including planning and strategizing for deliverables, sourcing and attracting candidates through various active and passive channels; candidate engagement; stakeholder management; reporting; database management etc.

· High end ownership of the deliverables.

· Focus on priorities, drive & deliver successfully.

· Maintain effective communication with the hiring managers and candidates.

· Build influential candidate relationships throughout the process.

· Follow and practice latest recruitment trends and strategies.

· Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and networking.

Developing and maintaining web applications that are optimised for various devices and browsers

About this role:

• Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, layouts, designing and managing Social media platforms
