Manager – Accounts & Finance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the accounts and finance functions for our hospital and hotel construction projects. The candidate will work closely with the Group CFO and project leadership to ensure robust financial management, cost control, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualification

• CA Inter (Intermediate) is mandatory.

• Strong academic background with sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Mandatory: At least 2–3 years of recent experience at a hospital or hotel construction project/site.

• Experience in construction/project accounting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and contractor billing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete accounts and finance function for assigned construction projects.

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.

• Review and process contractor, consultant, and vendor bills.

• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, project profitability reports, and management dashboards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, auditors, and statutory authorities.

• Support contract administration, financial due diligence, and internal financial controls.

• Assist in strategic financial planning, project funding, and decision-making.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of construction accounting and project finance.

• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage finance operations at project sites.

About the role:

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager to support client relationships, manage project execution, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across accounts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how strong accounts are built and managed from the ground up. You will get exposure to large client accounts while also gradually taking responsibility for smaller projects and selected client interactions over time. If you are someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning by doing, this role will give you broad exposure and a strong foundation in account management.

Responsibilities:

• Account & Project Support: Support the Account Manager in managing ongoing client accounts and projects while helping drive smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and strong execution across teams and stakeholders.
• Client Coordination: Assist in building strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail while supporting client calls, requirement gathering, follow-ups, and status updates across projects.
• Talent Coordination & Quality Support: Help identify and coordinate the right creative talent for different project needs while learning how talent is evaluated based on quality, fit, availability, and budget.
• Proposal Building, Pricing & Commercial Exposure: Assist in creating proposals, scopes, and project plans for client requirements while working closely with the team to understand how pricing decisions are made and how projects are scoped commercially.
• Reporting & Operations: Track project progress, maintain account updates, and help keep documentation organized across proposals, timelines, deliverables, and key account updates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

The role focuses on Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance solutions, engaging with leading FMCG, packaging, textiles, and manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and acquire new B2B clients across FMCG, consumer goods, packaging, textiles, and industrial sectors.

🔹 Drive sales of PCR plastics and sustainable packaging solutions.

🔹 Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales & margin targets.

🔹 Build and expand partnerships for EPR compliance services (collection, recycling, documentation).
