About the role:

We are currently building an exciting multi-category, digital first, direct to consumer, commerce business for couple of new brands in Food & Fashion category. The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our ecommerce business. Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will include Technical Guidance, Execution, Delivery & Team Management. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have immediate business impact.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a team of engineers and product managers in the ideation and technical development of product
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software product development
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies
  • Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned
  • Define the processes needed to achieve operational excellence in all areas, including project management and system reliability
