About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative WordPress Intern who is eager to learn and work on real-world website projects. This role involves assisting in website development, customization, and maintenance using WordPress, while gaining hands-on experience with live client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and managing WordPress websites
• Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Upload and manage website content (pages, blogs, media)
• Ensure websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
• Perform basic website performance optimization
• Identify and fix minor bugs and issues
• Assist in website updates, backups, and maintenance
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams
• Maintain project timelines and update task sheets regularly

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
• Understanding of themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Familiarity with website structure and UI/UX basics
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Job Role: WordPress Developer

Job Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and proficient WordPress Developer to join our innovative team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around leading the development process, creating functional and visually appealing websites, and ensuring seamless integration with our brand's identity across various online platforms.

Required Skill Set:

● Experience in translating Figma designs into semantically correct WordPress websites, ensuring webpages are pixel-perfect as per the design.

● Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles to translate designs into fluid and responsive websites. ●Thorough understanding of UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system.

● Experience in developing cross-platform/browser-compatible (IE/Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) websites. ● Strong working knowledge of creating interactions and animations for the web using AnimeJS or GSAP. ●Experience in custom CSS animations and SVG animations.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, especially DOM manipulation.

● Strong working knowledge of Elementor and Revolution Slider WordPress Plugins.

● Familiarity with how to integrate Lottie animations.

● Ability to implement SEO best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Convert the UI/UX design or wireframes into highly interactive WordPress themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

and PHP. ● Collaborate with UI/UX designers for effective teamwork.

● Write actual code, ensuring the website matches the Figma design and is optimized for smartphones and tablets. ● Perform QC (Quality Check) on different browsers and devices.

● Make web pages SEO-friendly.

● Integrate jQuery and other libraries into the project. ● Have the confidence to work on existing projects and integrate new sections and pages.

● Collaborate with developers and web designers to ensure project requirements are effectively met.

Working as a WordPress/CRM Developer at Navtech, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance
• Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM
• Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system — including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API level integrations
• Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility
• Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, pipeline records
• Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes
• Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration
• Onboard team members, create SOPs, provide training
