Job Title: Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting multiple teams, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across product, sales, and customer support teams.
• Monitor, track, and report operational metrics and KPIs to optimize processes.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain accurate databases related to students, courses, and operational activities.
• Support onboarding of students and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with the product team to resolve content or technical issues.
• Assist in training new team members on operational procedures and best practices.

Experience & Skills Required

We need multiple MEAN stack developers. As a full stack developer, you will be producing scalable software solutions and will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. What We Need

- Solid industry experience

- Hands-on Experience with MEAN((MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js) full-stack

- Experience in creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular 6x+, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap/Angular Material

- Having decent knowledge in Typescript

- Having experience in building a responsive web design

- Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts

- Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS

- Developing secure Node.js endpoints using Passport, JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.

- Knowledge in Restful API Design

- Experience with Version control systems like GIT and knowledge in GIT branching is necessary.

Responsibilities (KRA):

• Create Angular components with proper standards of the Angular.
• Create the applications with responsiveness and cross browser compatibility.
• Optimizing the performance on the browser by using the webpack custom confi
• Integrate with REST APIs built with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Create test cases for each component by using any one of the testing library support provided in Angular.
• Ability to debug the Angular code in the browser to rectify the issues.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) will be preferred.
• Exposure to latest technology trends and passion to grow is must
• Exposure to Insurance domain in past will be preferred
