At Kreateable, we are on the lookout for a proactive and driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team! You’ll play a key role in generating leads and demo bookings for our digital design services.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

✅ Generate leads and drive demo bookings through targeted email campaigns.

✅ Create and manage approx. 400 email IDs and send ~4,000 emails daily.

✅ Build and manage your own prospect data (we will define verticals).

✅ Work directly on leads and deliver consistent results.

✅ Handle targets and perform well under pressure.

Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our digital marketing services to potential clients.

• Actively participate in system design, code reviews, and implementation of new features.
• Take complete ownership of tasks, which includes design , implementation, unit testing and deployment of product and service.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL , writing/ optimising complex queries, writing stored procedures , basic understanding of database performance tuning.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle. . Good problem solving skills, Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in version controlling tools.

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 4+ years.

● Hands-on development experience in backend, Java, SprintBoot, Hibernate, SQL, MongoDB, Jenkins, Microservices etc...

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

● Experience in working with cross-border, distributed teams is a must.

Nice to have Qualifications 

● Product and customer-centric mindset.

● Great OO skills, including design patterns.

● Experience with large-scale enterprise systems

·        Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives.

·        Create research summaries in multiple formats, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and written summaries.

·        Summarizes and analyses data; makes recommendations related to research findings.

·        Recruit the participants and assist and complete the project surveys on their behalf.

·        Prepare findings and update databases to include newfound information, and create a summary of that analysis to pass on to the project manager.

·        Assist other researchers with various tasks, including data entry, sample care and storage, field research etc.

·        Perform internet searches to gather relevant information, and record any findings.

• Collaborate with a wide variety to stakeholders within business and technology teams to drive change required to execute product road-maps
• Enable integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product managers, technical project managers, architects, engineers, and quality assurance
