Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and high-performance RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will work on modern microservices architecture, ensure clean and efficient code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python
• Build scalable microservices and integrate third-party APIs
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

Mandatory Skills (3):

1. Python – Strong hands-on experience in backend development
2. FastAPI / REST API Development – Building and maintaining APIs
3. SQLAlchemy / Relational Databases – Database modeling and optimization

Requirements

• 6–12 years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS.
• Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Hands-on with CI/CD (Jenkins) and caching technologies Redis or Similar.
• Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in payments system is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and APIs.
• Build and optimize backend systems using FastAPI/Django/Flask.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
• Collaborate using Git-based version control.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure best practices in performance optimization, testing, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2– 5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience in Fintech projects is an advantage
• Proven experience in FastAPI and REST API development.
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL (preferred) and MySQL.
• Practical exposure to API integrations and third-party services.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in production.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

• Strong knowledge of Ruby on rails framework.
• Strong Knowledge of coding languages, like PERL, Python and Ruby.
• Good knowledge of Relation and NoSQL databases. like MySQL, Postgres, NoSQL etc.
• Knowledge of Microservices development and AWS concept will be an added advantage.
• Ready to adopt new technologies and implement them in project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and Build API/Micro services using Spring boot.
• Experience in Spring Reactive programming.
• Exposure to docker and containerization
• Developing enterprise grade highly scalable java-based application
• Writing test cases using Java testing framework like JUnit, Mockito.
• Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, SVN
• Displaying initiative and an ability to lead others, and develop applications team disciplined manner
• Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization.
• Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Achieving significant contributions within a small team of developers to lead teams and deliver solutions within an Agile methodology, whilst ensuring quality, timeliness and team-wide adherence to good architectural practice and guidelines.
• Good Experience in Application Software Design and Development, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Software Testing and Debugging.
• Conduct peer code reviews

Role: Software Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development using Core Java, multi-threading, DS and Algos.

Key Requirements:

• • Develop robust Core Java code for advanced financial banking and trading applications, primarily using core Java principles around multi-threading and caching technologies.
• • Strong in Core Java concepts, JVM, API’s along with SQL and Java Message Service (JMS) skills.
• • Experience in Java server-side / backend development experience
