Technical Program Manager- Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at RapidClaims, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution of large-scale technical initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to design, plan, and deliver mission-critical programs that power our AI-driven revenue cycle management platform. This role requires a balance of strong technical depth, program management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless alignment across teams and stakeholders. Role Definition: The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact technical programs. This includes roadmap alignment, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, quality, and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can translate business goals into technical execution plans, and is passionate about building scalable systems that redefine healthcare AI. Engineering Manager- Job Overview
