Technical Program Manager- Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at RapidClaims, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution of large-scale technical initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to design, plan, and deliver mission-critical programs that power our AI-driven revenue cycle management platform. This role requires a balance of strong technical depth, program management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless alignment across teams and stakeholders. Role Definition: The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact technical programs. This includes roadmap alignment, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, quality, and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can translate business goals into technical execution plans, and is passionate about building scalable systems that redefine healthcare AI. Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) Experience Requirement: 2–4 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering leadership, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, or high-growth tech startups. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company goals. ● Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics. ● Create and manage program roadmaps, breaking down initiatives into executable milestones. ● Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum. ● Establish and standardize program management processes, tools, and best practices for scalability. ● Track progress and communicate updates clearly through reports, dashboards, and executive reviews. ● Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as the bridge between technical and business teams. ● Partner with engineering leads to improve sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination. Qualification: ● Experience: 2-4 years in program management, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or healthcare tech environments. ● Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud-native systems, APIs, and data workflows. ● Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana. ● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into actionable plans. ● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams and present to leadership. ● Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Engineering Manager- Job Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead a team of engineers while

staying deeply involved in technical decisions. This role requires a strong mix of people

leadership, system design expertise, and execution focus to deliver high-quality product

features at speed. You will work closely with Product and Leadership to translate

requirements into scalable technical solutions and build a high-performance engineering

culture.

Key Responsibilities:

● Experience working closely with Product teams
