We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who also brings strong product design experience. You’ll be working on mobile applications and complex web applications — not just marketing websites. This role is perfect for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end design and turn product ideas into beautiful, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define, design, and deliver product features.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design for responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Contribute to design systems and UI libraries.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio of mobile app and/or web application UI (not just static websites).
• Solid grasp of product thinking, UX strategy, and user flows.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical business systems/application services and modules. Delivering high availability and performance. We expect them to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including writing well-designed, testable, efficient code. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 8

• 6-10 years Java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

• Hands on experience on Spring boot & SPARK Microservices and OSGi specifications

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS

• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

• Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment

• At least two years of experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Spring Boot)

• Hands-on experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB or Cassandra either one is a must)

• Hands-on experience in one of the cloud AWS, Google or Azure.

• Hands-on with Rest based web services

• Work experience either following CLOUD (AWS or Azure or GCP) will be an advantage.

• Make a list of potential clients such as supermarkets, online grocery portals, kirana stores, etc.
•  Work on analysing sales data and generate weekly sales reports via field sales management software
•  Accompany salesmen and understand the selling process in-field sales
•  Visit kirana stores and supermarkets to analyse shelf space, competitors in the market and market share of our product
•  Suggest suitable promotional activities based on your observations
•  Work closely with field sales executives and assist them in ascertaining the productivity of stores
• Manage and learn the overall sales process and get first-hand experience in the FMCG market
• Good telecommunication skills and corporate skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads every day

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Frontend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers. Most importantly, you have an eye for detail and the ability to make beautiful designs come to life through code.

Skill Requirement:

• People working on implementation/support/development of enterprise reconciliations/cash & liquidity management/payment or core banking software in banks and financial institutions is a must
• Strong technical skills in MS SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Stored Procedures, (Reporting Service and Integration Service) is a must
• Expertise of any or all of these core areas (Payment systems, ATM, Credit Card, Cash & liquidity, Core Banking, Securities, Confirmations) is a must

Broad Job Responsibilities:

• During the first year, focus will be on consultant’s training on the product (technical and functional capabilities) along with handling product support related activities.
• Once the consultant has demonstrated sound capabilities and understanding of the product and its functions, he/she will be engaged in implementation related activities.
• Implementation Consultants help ensure that Transaction Lifecycle Management software applications are implemented and configured in accordance with standard business processes and meet client requirements.
• Consultants work directly with our clients mostly banks and financial institutions and provide guidance, make suggestions on how to best implement the software to provide the most value.
• Implementation Consultants work with Project Managers and other functional departments during the implementation and configuration of software applications,
• Define, develop, and document business requirements to ensure customer needs are captured and delivered
• Author specifications based upon client requirements, including functional test cases, for use in configuring and developing solutions during implementation as well as in custom integrations with other products.
• Build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Work independently to complete tasks on time and collaborate with others as part of a team.
• Maintain project deliverables and documentation that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
• Support custom integrations to ensure final product meets customer requirements
