Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include
building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document
editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new
Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.
Tech Requirements:
● Expertise in React
● Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, SASS & Object Oriented Javascript
● SPA Framework patterns
Browser features (Caching / Storage / Compatibility etc )

Nice to have:
● Familiarity with AWS
● Experience with startups or early stage teams
● Knowledge of module bundlers like Webpac

About the role

 

Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for a senior frontend engineer to help us scale Plum, and spearhead the frontend of our product.

 

You will have a direct impact on the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our product. You'll work as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering incredible, creative improvements to our product. You'll be in charge of reviewing the implementation of applications following code standards and style guides. You would analyze and build UI Pattern Libraries (Design Systems, UI Kits, etc.)

• Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
• Run test-harness to guarantee the structure, integrity, and design of the application.
• Solve complex CSS, HTML, and User Interface compatibility issues across browsers.
• Optimize JavaScript implementations to ensure that code remains performant.
• Implement front-end development workflows: build systems, dependency management, quality checkers (linting), etc.
• Ability to push things over the line, ship awesome features, and delight customers.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Comfortable with Responsive Web Design and Development and weave out beautiful code in React.
• Strong product and design sensibilities and has an obsessive attention to detail.

The UI UX Designer gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers. They use their skills to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps. They also design graphic user interface elements like menus tab widgets.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our client's needs and help us grow our customer base.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

\Portfolio of design projects. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision). Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Good time-management skills
BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

We are looking for a web developer who is expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. expertise in creating websites / designs which are in sync with multi-platforms & screen specs. Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Flash, Dream Weaver, jquery, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5. Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc. Excellent team player with a flexible, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities.

• Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
• Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content - and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
• Researching different software programs, and maintaining software documentation.
• Implement contingency plans in case the website goes down.
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
