SAP Analytics Cloud Demand

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), leading solution design, development, effort estimation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, guiding them through delivery best practices and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Drive functional excellence by partnering with Application Development Management (ADM) to implement standardized methods and quality assurance frameworks, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee and manage projects and programs, coaching team members to achieve successful outcomes while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Lead business simplification initiatives in close collaboration with business interface teams, ensuring streamlined and value-driven solutions.
• Handle complex integration scenarios across on-premise, S/4 cloud, and legacy systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
• Engage regularly with senior business leadership (EC-2 and EC-3 levels), providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations.

• 8-10 years of robust SAP BW experience, including at least 4-5 years of hands-on expertise in SAC.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development, including Stories (Optimized), Models, Planning, and Data Actions.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, including best practices and performance evaluation, along with proven expertise in data modelling, calculations, scripting, and performance optimization within SAC.
• Experience integrating SAC with Datasphere, and external data sources.
•   Knowledge of SAC security concepts including roles, teams, data access controls, and model-level security.
•   Understanding of identity and access management (SSO, Azure AD integration) and compliance considerations.
•   Exposure to transport management, content lifecycle, and CI/CD practices for SAC.
• Familiarity with BDC is desirable but not mandatory.

Backend: 

• Strong programming skills in Core Java, Java 8+ 

• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture 

• Good understanding of JPA/Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases 

Frontend: 

• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 

• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture 

• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java / Spring Boot 

• Design and implement responsive, high-quality front-end interfaces using React.js 

• Integrate backend APIs with frontend components seamlessly 

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver quality software 

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning 

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and distributed computing to develop and optimize scalable ETL pipelines for manufacturing analytics. The role involves working with high-frequency industrial data to enable real-time and batch data processing.

Key Responsibilities · Build scalable real-time and batch processing workflows using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Apache Spark.

· Perform data pre-processing, including cleaning, transformation, deduplication, normalization, encoding, and scaling to ensure high-quality input for downstream analytics.

· Design and maintain cloud-based data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, and warehouses, following Medallion Architecture.

· Deploy and optimize data solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

· Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data from IoT, MES, SCADA, LIMS, and ERP systems. · Automate data workflows using CI/CD and DevOps best practices, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data pipelines for high availability and reliability.

· Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for scalable data processing.

· Collaborate with automation team, data scientists and engineers to provide clean, structured data for AI/ML models.

Desired Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in core data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP · Proficiency in PySpark, Azure Databricks, Python and Apache Spark, etc.

· Expertise in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), time series databases (e.g. Influx DB), and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) · Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Expected Responsibilities
