Role Overview: 

We are looking for a Creative Automation Designer who can transform approved creative concepts into scalable, production-ready assets across multiple formats, markets, and channels. 

This role focuses on execution and scalability, not concept creation—ensuring creatives to adapt seamlessly using structured templates and data-driven inputs. 

You will work across static, HTML5, and video formats, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality, consistent outputs at scale. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Convert master creatives into automation-ready templates  
• Design and manage scalable layouts using Figma (Auto Layout & components)  
• Define responsive behaviour for dynamic inputs (copy, localization, formats)  
• Audit creatives for scalability and production risks  
• Work with Excel / Google Sheets (feed-based workflows) to align data with design  
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs  
• Handle edge cases (text overflow, layout breaks, reflow issues)  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams  
• Support testing and QA using real campaign data  

Required Skills: 

• Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, design systems)  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop  
• Solid understanding of responsive design & brand guidelines  
• Experience in digital formats (banners, social, email creatives)  
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
