Email Marketing Trainee

 About the position: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing manager for our Demand Generation efforts for a fast growing SaaS company. This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through outbound across channels. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for coming up with both strategic and tactical plans to deliver growth both in terms of revenue and brand value. The ideal candidate should have experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and drive business with Digital marketing strategies.

● Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Marketing

● DataDriven decision making

● Email Marketing Metrics and Planning

● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and drive revenue.

● Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of the demand generation efforts.

● Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts

● Monitor industry trends and stay-up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.

● Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.

● Internal Analysis- Distinctive Competencies & Competitive Advantage. ● Create and manage demand generation budget and forecasts

● Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.

● Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

● 2-3years of experience in demand generation or B2B/E-Commerce space.

● Experience in managing paid search campaigns, demand generation, email marketing.

● Understanding of multiple customer flows and proficiency in marketing automation & CRM software.

● Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

● Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

● Excellent communication & collaboration skills

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

● Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.

Email Marketing & Data Mining Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Data Mining Executive who can generate relevant B2B leads, build and maintain prospect databases, and execute effective email marketing campaigns for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collect relevant B2B leads and prospect data using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other platforms.
• Perform data mining, web research, and lead generation based on defined target industries and profiles.
• Maintain and update accurate databases of prospects, companies, decision-makers, and contact information.
• Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare email lists, segment prospects, and monitor campaign performance.
• Track open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and responses.
• Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the BDE/Sales team for qualified leads.
• Ensure data accuracy, email validation, and proper database management.
• Research competitors, industries, and potential target accounts.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Email Marketing & Lead Generation
• Experience in Data Mining / Web Research
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Google search
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research and identify the right target audience
• Strong attention to detail
