Senior Full stack Developer

What role will you play? 

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our development team, bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure. You will be instrumental in developing full-fledged, scalable applications by combining the art of design with the science of programming. With your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, you will ensure the entire stack is designed and built for speed and functionality.  

Your day to day will involve designing and developing dynamic, high-quality web applications, leveraging the Node.js and python for the back end services and React/Angular for the front end. Close collaboration with UI/UX designers will be essential, allowing you to bring web designs to life while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Additionally, you will actively participate in coding, debugging, and testing to deliver reliable solutions whilst also working closely with other developers, designers, and product managers, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project goals and deadlines effectively.

• Solid experience with the Node.js, including the ability to develop RESTful APIs 
• Experience with containerisation of service using Docker 
• Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)

• Experience with Kafka or other event driven tools and tech 
• Nice to have some experience integrating with LLMs through open AI, Gemini etc. 
• Nice to have exposure to AI tooling – Claude, Copilot, Cursor etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver defect free, web-based applications using C#, ASP.Net and Oracle as per the specifications provided by the Business Analysts.

• Read and Understand the Functional and Technical Specification and have complete understanding of the work before commencing the work
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.
• Adhere to the Quality Management Standards established in the organization.
• Understanding of the SDLC process defined in the organization and follow it without any deviation
• Providing third-level support to the support tickets raised by the business users
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application Logic related problems
• Ensure high performance in the application by developing efficient code

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong .NET Senior Software Engineer Profile
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
• Must have strong experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions using Oracle / SQL Server.
• Must have experience in designing, developing, and unit testing applications with SDLC compliance
• Experience with AJAX, Crystal Reports, and front-end validations using JavaScript/jQuery.
• ME/MTech (CS) or BE/BTech (CS).

• 8 - 12 years of professional experience in .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0/4.5 (C#, ASP.Net) and ADO.Net. Strong knowledge of software development, debugging and deployment tools Knowledge and experience of SQL Server (Any version). 
• Knowledge of Versioning tools. Strong experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
• Should have Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle individual projects as well as team. 
• Understanding of MVC, WCF, WPF and any mobile technology – beneficial Ability to learn new technology in a short period.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Refine the functionality of webshop design and its features.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating/Integrating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer(themes & plugins).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git and SVN.
• Knowledge of deployment of WordPress installations.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to drive given topic.
• Good communication skills.
