
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of campaign and program execution via MailChimp, Iterable and work with the analytics team to refine ongoing performance metrics and reporting.
- Assist the team in defining strategies for database segmentation, lead scoring, batch, nurture and trigger campaign frameworks, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to develop, refine and enforce best-practice processes for email.
Qualifications:
- Ability to generate email HTML on a CMS platform.
- 1+ year experience in email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Iterable
- Experience in creating segments and sending emails to the customers on the segments.
Preferences:
- Experience in reporting to build main performance reports
- Working knowledge of SQL, CSS, HTML
