Role Overview

As a Web Production Designer, you will design, update, and maintain web pages and digital assets across our marketing platforms. You'll collaborate closely with designers, writers, product managers, and developers to ensure our web presence is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce web pages, landing pages, and digital assets using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement campaign pages, product launches, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all web and digital properties.
• Optimize web assets for visual quality, responsive performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to conversion rate optimization efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and freshness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in web design or web production, preferably in a B2C or tech environment.
• Educational background in design principles with experience in graphic or digital design.
• Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic to intermediate).
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points

• Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Role Overview

As a Senior SQL Developer, you’ll be responsible for data extracts, updating, and maintaining reports as requested by stakeholders. You’ll work closely with finance operations and developers to ensure data requests are appropriately managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and tasks across multiple databases/schemas.
• Transform cost-intensive models from full-refreshes to incremental loads based on upstream data.
• Help design proactive monitoring of data to catch data issues/data delays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL developer, preferably in a B2C or tech environment. • Ability to translate requirements into datasets.
• Understanding of dbt framework for transformations.
• Basic usage of git - branching/ PR generation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
