Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and efficient Admin Executive to manage and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in office administration, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office operations, including housekeeping, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely procurement.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and guests.
• Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and other administrative functions.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Act as the point of contact for visitors, vendors, and courier services.
• Ensure office maintenance, security, and compliance with company protocols.
• Assist with basic support for HR/Admin documentation and MIS reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack (MERN) Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a product-based software development company and should have hands-on involvement in e-commerce platform projects.

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidate must be currently working or have prior experience in a product-based software development company
• Candidate must have worked on at least one e-commerce platform project (end-to-end involvement)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality front-end code
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation
• Work in a collaborative, agile development environment

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and architectural patterns

Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience

*Ability to do stress testing + has knowledge of IT security (rate limiting, DDOS attacks etc)

*Proven Manual testing experience is a must.
*Good knowledge of Node.js and it's test platforms

*Automation exp will be a plus

* Should have experience in scripting (shell or python).

*Selenium experience and experience in managing CI/CD for code deployments is a plus
*Experience working with tools for version control (Git)
*Analytical and logical thinking with natural curiosity
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness

* Test current products and identifying deficiencies

* Suggest solutions to identified product problems 

* Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
