Email Marketing Executive

We're looking for an experienced Zoho Developer (2-4 years) to join our team! You'll work with internal teams to understand business requirements, configure and customize Zoho apps, and deliver end-to-end solutions. You'll also provide support, troubleshoot issues, and guide junior team members. Required skills include hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, CRM, Flow, Books, Analytics, and more, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple projects is a plus.

We are seeking a Sr. Audit Manager who will be responsible for managing and supporting audit engagements across a varied client base. This role includes handling statutory audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with clients, leading audit teams, and assisting senior leadership in delivering high-quality professional audit services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, plan, and execute statutory audit assignments
• Lead audit engagements and guide junior team members
• Conduct audit risk assessments and develop suitable audit procedures
• Review audit working papers to ensure compliance with auditing standards
• Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and relevant regulations
• Liaise with client finance teams to collect data and close audit queries
• Prepare audit reports, observations, and management letters
• Track timelines and ensure audits are completed within deadlines
• Assist partners and managers in audit planning and client coordination
• Maintain high standards of professional documentation and audit quality

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of post-qualification statutory audit experience in a CA firm
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Practical understanding of GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliances
• Capability to handle audit assignments independently or with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and client-handling experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit or accounting software

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Exposure to group audits and large-scale audit assignments
• Experience in internal audits, due diligence, or special audits
• Prior experience in reviewing work performed by articles or junior staff

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimise every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Requirement:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in working with user engagement platforms like WebEngage
• Experience in building user funnels across app and web and proven record of successfully driving engagement and conversions
• Knowledge of HTML coding to create emailers is a must
• Experience working in a B2C product or Edtech is preferrable

• Ability to work in an existing codebase and collaborate with a diverse team
• Experience in building enterprise-scale backend REST APIs with frameworks such as Nest.js & Express.js using an API-first paradigm
• Intimate knowledge of crafting highly performant database queries
• Hands-on experience implementing relational database structures, including tables, indexes, views, etc.
• A mindset towards building systems for the cloud and DevOps fundamentals
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure services is good to have. If not then willingness to learn should be there.
• Focus towards building security, performance, and scalability into services from the beginning
• Experience with debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues in order to craft appropriate solutions
