Summary of Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager, we expect you to bring a fresh pair of eyes for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working to deliver winning products. 

Must Have Background for this Role:

• Min 5-12 years of strong experience in product management role
• Previous experience in Fintech domain 
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Required Skills for this Role: 

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Build innovative financial products in a cross-functional team. Deeply understand the needs and problems of our users. 
• Develop product positioning strategies.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure developers understand the required functionality and are building the right functionality to meet the market need and are easy to implement and maintain.
• Recommend and drive implementation of improvements to the product development process
• Document and manage the user experience.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive strategies to improve onboarding metrics
• Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network
• Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to the PedalStart Community
• Analyse startups' needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics
• Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)
• Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful execution

The ideal candidates will focus on outreach efforts to introduce and sell Chesslang’s comprehensive chess platforms and MrZeroCode’s innovative no-code website solutions to new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to prospective clients.
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
• Think strategically about the long term sales processes to optimize the acquisition of new clients.

Your key role is leading and coordinating a multisite VMWare operation ensuring systems and resources remain operational. Primary Responsibilities

• Support the full system engineering life-cycle of VMware infrastructure: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing and implementation
• Manage and maintain multiple vCenter, vSphere, ESXi systems to include VSAN clusters
