Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive EdTech Course Re-activation Sales Representative to join our Bangalore team. This crucial role focuses on re-engaging past leads, former students, and inactive prospects who have shown interest in our upskilling courses, particularly those targeting the UAE professional market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a genuine passion for guiding individuals back onto their learning path. You will be responsible for understanding their current needs, addressing any past concerns, and successfully re-enrolling them into our relevant EdTech programs. This is an on-site position in Bangalore, offering a flexible weekly off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Re-engagement & Activation:
- Proactively reach out to inactive leads, past inquiries, and former students who have not completed enrollment or have shown prior interest in Learners Point courses.
- Understand the reasons for their initial non-enrollment or inactivity and identify any new or changed learning requirements.
- Present compelling reasons and tailored solutions to re-activate their interest and encourage re-enrollment.
- Consultative Sales & Counseling:
- Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand the current career goals and skill development needs of working professionals.
- Highlight the updated benefits, features, and career outcomes of relevant EdTech courses, aligning them with the prospect's professional aspirations.
- Address objections, provide clarifications, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly re-activation and enrollment targets.
- Manage a pipeline of re-activation leads efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
- Relationship Building & Trust:
- Re-establish and build trust with previous contacts, demonstrating Learners Point's continued value and commitment to their success.
- Ensure a positive and supportive experience during the re-enrollment process.
- Feedback & Strategy:
- Gather insights from re-engagement efforts to understand common deterrents or evolving needs of the target audience.
- Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine re-activation strategies and course offerings.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications, interactions, and re-activation progress within the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy for effective pipeline management and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in sales, tele-sales, customer retention, or a client re-engagement role.
- Experience within the EdTech sector or in selling educational/upskilling courses is highly preferred.
- Prior experience engaging with professionals from the UAE or Middle Eastern markets is a significant advantage.
