Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find candidates; reviewing resumes to shortlist based on requirements.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), updating databases, and assisting with onboarding/orientation.
• Employer Branding: Assisting with career fairs, campus hiring, and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled backend engineer specializing in integrations and platform development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a complex domain and have a proven track record of success. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure integrations with third-party systems and APIs to enable seamless data exchange and functionality. 
2. Develop and maintain internal platform services and APIs to support various product features and business requirements. 
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of backend services with user-facing applications. 
4. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
5. Identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system enhancements within the integration and platform infrastructure. 
6. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and availability of integration services and platform components. 
7. Experience with HL7/FHIR is a huge plus. 

Qualifications 

• Bachlor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience (5+ years) in backend development with expertise in building integrations and platform services 
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, SQL, noSQL, AWS (or other cloud providers like GCP or Azure) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment 
• Experience working in a complex domain, ideally U.S. Healthcare 
• English fluency required

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers to build new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience;
• Build responsive & reusable UI components using any one Javascript framework: React, Angular, VueJS, as per the specifications and guidelines;
• Be familiar with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns and anti-patterns;
• Should have hands-on experience of improving web performance including optimising page load, rendering, caching etc;
• Be great at debugging, including identifying page speed and performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, React Dev Tools etc.

Required Skills:

• You should be well versed with RESTful APIs and it's best practices;
• You should be proficient with all core features of React or similar frameworks including Redux or Fluxn pattern;
• You should have experience in JavaScript (React JS/Redux), HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP for the Web platform;
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, robust javascript code is a must;
• You should be comfortable working with version controlled code environments ( eg. GIT);
• You should possess strong Object Oriented design and programming skills;
• You should have an understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards.

• Experienced in automated deployment tools such Continuous Integration (Azure DevOps/Git).
• Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components. Good to have knowledge on online & offline sync capabilities in Progressive Web Application (PWA) implementation.
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps is optional.
• Knowledge on INFORM, WARN and ERROR logging in Azure Application Insights, error handling, access authorization, data connectivity in C# is mandatory.
• Knowledge on publisher/subscriber queueing such as RabbitMQ.
• All C# code must contain descriptive comments to functions, or complex/nested loops, if, or case statements.
• Knowledge on NetSuite is an advantage.
• Knowledge on Azure Active Directory is an advantage. Knowledge on OAuth 2.0 & JWT Tokens is mandatory. Writing high-level design and technical analysis documents.
• Should have worked on Agile framework

1. Strong Experience on. NET Core, . NET Microservices, C# 5.0 Xunit - Unit Test Framework - C#, Entity Framework/Entity Framework and RESTful Design, Redis
2. Experience with SQL Server 2012 & above
3. Should be well versed with RabbitMQ
4. Knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Application Insights, Azure Devops/Git/Bitbucket Pipeline, Serverless / Azure functions, Azure Service Fabric / Functions
5. Hands-on JWT Tokens, API Authorization, OAuth 2.0 JSON or XML
6. Exposure to NetSuite, Workato will be an added advantage

Role and Responsibilities:

• As a backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side systems
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. You will test, secure and deploy your code
• Work experience on Node.js is a must along with a server-side framework like Express.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Experience and proficiency integrating with REST APIs
• Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• AgileScrum development cycle understanding.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience developing backends using NodeJS should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB(Must) & any other MySQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Knowledge and working experience in Cloud environment - AWS or Azure
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter without any fear of trying out new things
