We’re hiring a Product Manager to own a core product area end to end — from strategy and roadmap to execution and outcomes.

You’ll build software that improves real-world execution quality: whether a booked job gets fulfilled, starts and ends on time, meets standards, and happens at the right cost.

→ Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core product area

→ Tie product decisions to business metrics like fulfilment, timeliness, variance, rework, and cost

→ Work closely with Supply, Demand, and City Ops to turn messy ground problems into scalable systems

→ Lead a pod of engineers and designers, make trade-offs, and ship continuously

→ Build dashboards, escalation systems, exception management, and software-driven SOPs

→ Spend time in the field with farmers, supervisors, and mukadams to make better product decisions

• 2–7 years in product with ownership of a meaningful product area

• Strong track record of taking products from problem to launch to measurable impact

• Systems thinker who can balance supply, demand, operations, and economics

• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and SQL/Sheets

• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

• High respect for on-ground reality in field-heavy environments

Bonus if you bring experience in rural India, agriculture, informal labour markets, new city launches, or 0→1 builds.

Key job responsibilities:

Responsible for successful end to end delivery and payroll configuration in large scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading small teams. Practitioner must be able to analyze, map, and transform HR business processes; design target operating models , configure and unit-test SAP/SuccessFactors modules, focusing on US Payroll and integrations , develop and review functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scenarios and ensure high client satisfaction through quality, communication, and timely delivery.

1)      4+ years of SAP US payroll experience.

2)      Experience of US Payroll and HR processes in a technical capacity – PA/OM, Payroll

3)      Should have worked on at least two implementation projects

4)      Should have experience of working in large/disparate teams

5)      Understand Business Processes

6)      Identify, document as-is processes and design & recommend to-be processes

7)      Map Business Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors

8)      Analyze & identify system limitations and requirement gaps

9)      Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules

10)   Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents

11)   Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, data

12)   Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support

13)   Should have troubleshooting knowledge of payroll schema, PCR’s , Identify and fix errors

14)   Strong payroll skills with good understanding of benefits, time management & OM/PA

16)   Good knowledge on country specific tax forms and year end activities

20)   Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points

21)   Work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables

22)   Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams

23)   Use prior experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines

24)   Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved

25)   Be a key contributor in the team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully

26)   Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment

27)   Follow SLAs and projects/CRs plan effectively

28)   Drive Innovation/Process improvements

29)   Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources

30)   Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success

31)   Act as an SAP HR and SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes

32)   Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures

33)   Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment

34)   Retrieving Data from Employee Central

35)   Update configuration workbooks when necessary.

36)   Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules

37)   Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents

38)   Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, dat

39)   Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions.

40)   Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriate.

41)   Liaise with 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues.

42)   Good to have finance and 3rd party integration knowledge, integration to ADP

Experience:

·        Min 4 yrs in SAP HCM/Successfactors

·        Valid ECP certification is Optional

Key Skills:

·        Minimum 1-year experience with successful implementations of the SuccessFactors or HCM solutions

·        SAP HCM – US Payroll , CA and Global countries

• Minimum of 2 HCM payroll implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Lantern Pharma is looking for talented and highly motivated R Shiny based front end web application developers to visualize the data analyzed / reports generated using bioinformatics pipelines. Leveraging your background and applying software engineering principles, to develop applications and tools in support of data visualization and reporting using R / R Shiny. You will be involved in generating complex graphs used for statistical analysis and interpretation using interactive libraries such as Plotly. In addition to development of new code, you will support and maintain standard R programs, which will comprise a library of code to be used for future development. This is a 6 months contract position (40 hrs / week) with possibilities of full time employment based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop interactive web applications using R / R Shiny to visualize ML outputs, multi-omics data and reports generated by bioinformatics pipelines
• Use the open-source or proprietary R libraries to build useful applications and packages
• Write efficient, clean and well tested code that adheres to best practices
• Organize data, analysis, reports, and applications into reproducible pipelines
• Test and debug applications to ensure they are working correctly, using both manual and automated testing techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest R packages and developments in the pharma industry
• Publish R packages to internal company repository
• Deploy and maintain the R Shiny web-application on the AWS server

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in a scientific discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics etc.
• Minimum 2 years of R / R Shiny, R Markdown experience with standard packages for data visualization and analysis
• Proven ability of building interactive R-shiny application (demo of the R-shiny application)
• Proficient in libraries such as ggplot2, plotly, dplyr, Highcharter and DT
• Must have experience in generating and working with R markdown reports
• Experience of AWS to host R shiny application is a plus
• Knowledge of cancer biology, genomics and drug development is a plus
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python a plus
• Experience in building a database using Relational / Non relational Database (SQL / NoSQL)
• Must be capable of developing collaborative relationships with colleagues
